Pacific Yellowfin’s Chef, strives to maintain a high level of quality in  using only fresh, locally grown produce and proteins from local mainland and island markets. This method of cooking emphasizes support of local community farms and markets where you can ensure that your product is fresh and organic. While at sea, we use the ample sunshine available to grow our own selection of  favourite herbs allowing us to avoid using dried or frozen additions.

The Pacific Yellowfin proudly supports the Ocean Wise program.

Ensuring that all seafood is harvested with a focus on being eco-friendly and avoiding imbalance with our local ecosystems. As much as we could say about the beauty and appeal of the Islands, our philosophy is to let the natural surroundings of the BC Coast, as well as the fresh local produce, speak for themselves.
