cuisine.
His preference for locally grown, organic produce and fresh-caught seafood (sometimes by you!) guides his approach to menu planning and food preparation. He keeps a keen eye on what is fresh from the markets in Vancouver and in the Gulf Islands and makes his selections based on quality as well as your wishes. Even our own on-board herb garden ensures we have the freshest garnishes and flavours.
My doctor told me to stop having intimate dinners for four. Unless there are three other people.
